Privacy Policy for PhotoIntakeLocal

PhotoIntakeLocal is a private internal tool used by Eye Wolf Studio to help prepare eBay listing information from item photos, spreadsheet data, and seller account data.

Information We Access

When authorized through eBay OAuth, PhotoIntakeLocal may access limited eBay seller account information needed to prepare listings, including:

• Inventory and offer data

• Seller account settings

• Business policies such as payment, return, and shipping policies

• Inventory location information

• Uploaded image information used for eBay listings

PhotoIntakeLocal may also use Google Sheets and Google Drive data that Eye Wolf Studio provides, including spreadsheet rows, item photos, SKU data, and listing preparation notes.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to prepare, review, and manage eBay listing drafts or unpublished listing data for Eye Wolf Studio.

PhotoIntakeLocal does not sell personal information.
PhotoIntakeLocal does not share seller tokens with advertisers or third parties.
PhotoIntakeLocal does not publish eBay listings automatically.

eBay Authorization

PhotoIntakeLocal uses eBay OAuth so the eBay account owner can authorize access to their seller account. The application only requests scopes needed for inventory, photo upload, seller policy review, and listing preparation.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored securely by the account owner in private development or automation environments. Listing data, photos, and workflow status may be stored in Google Sheets, Google Drive, local files, or local databases controlled by Eye Wolf Studio.
